Blanchart Arun's practice is focused on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and securities. He has significant experience representing clients in public and private offerings (including bought deals and private placements), reverse takeovers, qualifying transactions, plan of arrangements, share and asset purchases and sales, and stock exchange listings, among other transactions. Blanchart also advises emerging and expanding companies (both public and private) on a host of corporate governance and general securities and corporate law matters, and has represented both reporting issuers and registered dealers in the context of compliance reviews by provincial securities commissions.
Prior to joining the firm, Blanchart was an associate within the securities and corporate/commercial groups of a local law firm in Toronto.
