Recent Experience

Montem Resources Alberta Operations Ltd. in the structuring of a joint venture with TransAlta Corporation for the development of the Tent Mountain Renewable Energy Project, being a 320 MW pumped hydro energy storage project, located in southwest Alberta.

A subsidiary of Suncor Energy, together with co-purchasers Husky Atlantic Partnership (a subsidiary of Cenovus Energy Inc.) and Murphy Oil Company Ltd., in the restructuring of project ownership for the offshore Terra Nova Project in Newfoundland through the acquisition of additional project interests from exiting owners for an undisclosed purchase price.

A syndicate of underwriters, led by Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation, in the $15.9-million bought deal short form prospectus offering of The Flowr Corporation.

A syndicate of underwriters, led by Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation, in the $22.7-million bought deal offering of units of Aleafia Health Inc.

A syndicate of underwriters, led by Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation, in the $33.4-million bought deal equity financing of units of MediPharm Labs Corp.

Parkland Corporation, in its $400-million private placement of senior unsecured notes due 2028.
