Chloé Deschênes is a paralegal in the Montreal office's Corporate Law team. In this capacity, she conducts searches in various registers such as the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights (RDPRM), the Land Register of Québec and other government databases. Chloé analyzes search results, drafts search reports, participates in the drafting of agreements and other related documents, and assists lawyers with financing, real estate and mining transactions. She also drafts certain deeds for publication in the Land Register of Québec, and in particular prepares registration requisitions for the various rights subject to publicity and registers them.
