Pascale Dionne-Bourassa has more than 25 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation as well as construction law. She also has a vast experience in class actions in the areas of civil and competition law.

She acts as plaintiff and defence counsel in connection with numerous mandates on behalf of major companies in various fields including the construction area. Pascale is one of the few lawyers in the Province of Québec with expertise in competition law. She has acted as an advisor in the development of competition compliance programs and has represented her clients in inquiries into restrictive business practices and criminal offences.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Pascale was a founder of d3b Lawyers in Montréal, acting in large and complex litigation for private and public organizations established in Québec, Canada or abroad.

Pascale is very active in the legal community and has several leadership roles with the Canadian Bar Association's Québec Branch. She is an administrator on the Board of Directors, as well as a member of the Executive Committees of both the Construction Law Section and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. She is often invited to speak at legal and industry conferences and events.

Pascale served in the Canadian Armed Forces Naval Reserve from 1991-97, achieving the rank of Lieutenant.

An American publishing house in a class action with regard to electronic books.
Various clients in connection with seizures and criminal inquiries conducted by the Competition Bureau.
A major steel company, in a lawsuit for damages related to the failure to execute a contract and the loss of work as well as in relation to a claim against this company in the execution of the Champlain Bridge project
A major corporation operating in the steel industry in the context of a private arbitration.
A British corporation specialized in the manufacturing of waterproof membranes used in major construction works in a private arbitration and in relation to claims before the Courts.
A global timber company in the context of a private arbitration relating to the valuation of inventories and working capital further to a sale of assets
