Alexis Fol's practice covers various aspects of civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on the development of infrastructure projects, project finance, public-private partnerships (P3s) and mergers & acquisitions in the infrastructure sector. He advises private and public entities on developing and preparing tenders and drafting and negotiating partnership and other commercial agreements in the context of projects for the design, build, financing and operation of infrastructure.
Alexis has participated in a range of transactions in various sectors, including construction, energy, transportation, manufacturing and services. He is involved in all facets of a transaction and participates in the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements. He also provides advice on the regulation of public contracts and construction projects to institutional and private clients.
Fluent in both English and French, Alexis worked in Paris for two years as an associate with a leading U.S. law firm.
