Andrew Froh practices in commercial litigation, arbitrations and restructuring proceedings—he is skilled at helping clients navigate disputes to reach meaningful results.
Andrew is known for bringing a high degree of professionalism and pragmatism to each matter. Clients trust him to advise on their most complex legal issues, whether that be through representing them in audits and investigations, advocating on their behalf before our courts and tribunals or negotiating dispute settlements.
Andrew has appeared before the superior and appellate courts of British Columbia, domestic arbitration tribunals and several administrative and regulatory bodies. He has acted for local and international clients in a wide range of industries including energy, real estate, retail, automotive and financial services.
Before joining Bennett Jones, Andrew articled at another national law firm, clerked for the judges of the Tax Court of Canada and then practised in tax litigation where he represented clients in disputes with federal and provincial revenue authorities.
Andrew is also an active mentor to our associates and students and sits on the Associate Liaison Committee.
