Natasha Laffin has a general litigation practice with a particular focus on health law and commercial litigation.
Natasha represents physicians in regulatory matters and litigation, including malpractice actions, professional discipline, billing issues and hospital and College complaints. She has assisted with matters before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal, and has experience before administrative tribunals, including Hearing Tribunals and Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.
Natasha's experience with corporate-commercial matters includes securities litigation involving investment advisors and financial institutions.
In addition to her legal practice, Natasha recently completed her Master of Public Health at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, where she focused on the relationship between public health and medical malpractice litigation.
