Geordie Macdonald has a general corporate commercial law practice with a focus on commercial transactions, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Geordie articled with the firm and summered with the Ontario Securities Commission. While in law school, Geordie volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, the Osgoode Advocacy Society, the Osgoode Hall Athletic Association and the Osgoode Entertainment and Sports Law Association.
