Wells Fargo Capital Finance Corporation Canada in refinancing of Canadian General Tower.
Wells Fargo Bank, National Association in financing of Anixter Inc.
Wells Fargo Capital Finance Corporation Canada, in the financing of Varsteel Ltd.
Gateway Casinos Entertainment Limited, refinancing US$535M-term and revolving facilities by way of a first lien C$390-million credit facility and second lien C$170-million private placement of 8.875% notes due 2017.
Wachovia Capital Finance Corporation (Canada), in its $35-million credit facility to Tree Island Industries.
Raleigh Wind Power Partnership and its sponsor, Invenergy Wind North America LLC, in its $179,000,000 project financing of the Raleigh Wind Energy Project.

Wells Fargo, in over 30 national and cross-border asset-based and syndicated lending transactions to a wide range of borrowers.
Bank of Montreal, in its financing of a start-up technology company.
Acciona, in the $70-million project financing of its 45MW Lameque wind power project by Manulife.
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment, in the refinancing of its US$500-million credit facility through a high yield debt offering of C$170 million and C$355 million in new senior credit facilities. 
The committee of first lien and second lien secured creditors in the US$1.5-billion restructuring of Gateway Casinos & Entertainment by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement. 
Invenergy, in the $170-million syndicated project financing of its 78MW Raleigh wind power project by Manulife, Sun Life and Ontario Pension Board. 
CIBC Mellon Trust Company, Computershare Trust Company and BNY Trust Company, in the $35-billion restructuring of the third party Asset-Based Commercial Paper in accordance with The Montreal Proposal. 
Corpfinance International Limited's $36.4-million project financing for the Stoney Nakoda First Nations casino and hotel in Alberta, Canada. 
Terrawinds Resources Corp., in a $247-million wind turbine supply and project development credit facility in respect of its 171MW wind energy project located in Riviere-du-Loup, Quebec, Canada. 
Canadian counsel to Persona Communications, in its $595 million first and second lien credit agreements with JP Morgan, TD Bank and a syndicate of lenders. 
Senior bondholders of Stelco Inc., with a $3-billion reorganization of Stelco under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the issuance of new senior floating rate notes. 
Freshfield Bruckhaus Deringer, as UK counsel to Lloyds TSB Bank plc and other lenders, in a £97-million secured multi-currency term and revolving credit facility in favour of AEA Technology plc and its international subsidiaries. 
Committee of SR Telecom bondholders in a US$39-million secured revolving and term credit facility.
