Scott Carrière practices commercial litigation in a variety of areas, with a focus in construction disputes and arbitration. Scott has represented clients before all levels of court in Alberta, the Federal Court and arbitral tribunals. Scott has also conducted mediations and pre-trial conferences in both Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Scott has also made contributions to the law through scholarship, authoring several peer-reviewed publications in areas of constitutional law and legal history. His recent work has appeared in the Alberta Law Review, Banking and Finance Law Review, and Law and History Review.

In law school, Scott served as an Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Alberta Law Review, and was actively in the University of Calgary Moot Program, competing in the Laskin Moot and Corporate Securities Moot.
