Niki has a general corporate and securities law practice across a wide breadth of industries, including oil and gas, technology and natural resources. Her experience includes acting for:
- public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, including share and asset purchases, plans of arrangement and corporate recapitalizations;
- issuers and underwriters/agents in public and private equity and debt offerings, including cross-border financings, initial public offerings, secondary offerings and new issuances; and
- public and private entities with respect to corporate and securities law compliance, including with respect to transaction-specific mandates and continuous disclosure requirements.
Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Niki was an associate in the Calgary office of another national law firm.
Niki currently sits on the board of a non-profit organization and is a member of various associations and committees.
