Dawn Gould is the Manager of the Corporate Services department in the Vancouver office.
In her management role, Dawn is responsible for the administration and implementation of programs, policies and procedures to promote the performance and development of the corporate paralegals and clerks for the department. Dawn brings to her role over 30 years of experience as a paralegal and manager of corporate services.
As a Senior Paralegal, Dawn provides support with respect to mergers, acquisitions, corporate and tax reorganizations, and annual general meetings for private companies and reporting issuers as well as corporate due diligence, amalgamations, continuances, amendments, partnerships and related general corporate matters.
In addition to her management and paralegal role, Dawn has acted as lecturer and co-author of materials for various corporate courses and presentations given by the Vancouver Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia (1999–2017). Dawn is also a member of International Practice Management Association.
