Evan Hall has a general corporate commercial practice with a focus on commercial transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, amalgamations and corporate reorganizations, commercial aspects of insolvency and restructuring, and energy project development.
Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Evan summered and articled with the firm. Prior to law school, Evan worked in the performing arts as an actor, director and producer in theatre and film across Canada.
