Samantha Lush has a corporate commercial practice with a focus on commercial real estate and financial services.
Samantha assists with the purchase and sale of commercial and farm properties, including bareland developments, industrial and retail buildings, farmlands and homesteads and condominium developments. She represents both tenants and landlords in commercial leases and offers to lease, including everything from small retail tenants and ground leases to large, substantial occupancy, long-term tenancies.
Samantha also acts for borrowers and lenders with respect to secured and unsecured financings, both syndicated and bilateral, in a broad range of domestic and cross-border financial transactions, including acquisition financings, real estate and project financings, and asset-backed financings.
