Bennett Jones congratulates Vancouver Managing Partner Radha Curpen on winning a 2020 Stronger Together Award, presented by Women in Law Leadership, an organization dedicated to celebrating and advancing women in the law through recognition and education. In all that she does, Radha leads by example.
In addition to managing our Vancouver office throughout a period of exponential growth and through this pandemic, Radha maintains an active practice as Co-Head of the firm's Environmental and Aboriginal Law groups. She provides strategic counsel to clients on a range of high-stakes issues including ESG, regulatory compliance, environmental and social risk management, litigation, crisis prevention and reputation management.
She is active on a number of Boards, including the Business Council of British Columbia and the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade. Proficient in both French and English, Radha practises across Canada and advises on cross-border and international issues. She regularly advises corporations, Boards of Directors and Special Committees in connection with internal and regulatory investigations, governance, ESG and risk assessments .
