Bennett Jones acted for Catalyst Capital, as a secured lender, in the recapitalization of Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, resulting in the sale of Cirque to its secured lenders and its emergence from creditor protection under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act. The Bennett Jones team included Christian Gauthier, Sean Zweig, Oliver Loxley and Rob Staley.
