Radha Curpen is a panelist on "Lessons in Leadership" presented by the BC Advocates Society.  The panel will discuss their leadership journeys and share what they have learned along the way. Among other topics, they will discuss the qualities and styles that make for effective leadership; how lawyers can develop those capabilities; and what barriers need to be overcome to ensure diversity in leadership.
