Paul has a general practice in commercial litigation and professional negligence, with particular experience in complex commercial contractual and shareholder disputes.
Paul has appeared as junior counsel before the British Columbia Supreme Court, Alberta Court of Queen's Bench and the Supreme Court of Canada. Paul has also assisted with matters before the Federal Court and Alberta Court of Appeal and conducted a variety of disputes in domestic arbitration proceedings.
Prior to becoming an associate, Paul articled with the firm and clerked at the Alberta Court of Appeal.
