Jeremy Russell has a broad financial services and corporate commercial law practice with a focus on secured and unsecured debt financings, private mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and general corporate matters. Jeremy acts for lenders and investors as well as borrowers and issuers in connection with domestic and cross border syndicated bank financings, acquisition financings, aircraft financings, note issuances and Personal Property Security Act matters. He also regularly advises clients in respect of asset and share purchase and sale transactions. Jeremy has experience in financing transactions and commercial transactions across a wide range of industries and sectors including energy, aviation, manufacturing and financial services.
During his post-secondary education, Jeremy earned the Joseph Atkinson Storrow & Caroline Mary Storrow Memorial Scholarship and the Bull Housser & Tupper LLP Prize in Technology Law.
