Annie has represented buyers and sellers in connection with merger and acquisition transactions, including share purchase transactions, plans of arrangement and amalgamations, and acts for issuers with respect to public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. Annie also advises clients on general corporate and securities law matters, including corporate governance, continuous disclosure requirements and other regulatory compliance issues.
