David provides strategic advice to employers on a wide range of employment law issues including employee terminations, human rights matters, drafting and enforcing employment contracts, accommodation and disability issues, and workplace harassment complaints and investigations. He also provides workplace training with a focus on employer obligations under the Occupational Health & Safety Act and the Human Rights Code.
