Timothy has a general corporate commercial litigation practice. Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, he articled with the firm.
Timothy is a graduate of the University of Oxford's flagship postgraduate taught law programme, the Bachelor of Civil Law. He earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manchester, graduating with the second highest academic standing in his year.
Timothy previously served as Editor-in-Chief of the Manchester Review of Law, Crime and Ethics and as President of the University of Manchester Bar and Advocacy Society. He has authored articles published in the Cambridge Law Review (De Lege Ferenda) and the Manchester Review of Law, Crime and Ethics.
