Sam McDonald represents taxpayers from audit to appeal. He graduated from the Osgoode Hall LLM tax law program where he authored articles ranging from intergenerational transfers to expert evidence in tax disputes. Sam is known for his patience and attention to detail.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Sam practiced at a boutique litigation firm. He achieved the academic credential of First Class Standing in law school and graduated summa cum laude in his undergraduate degree.
Outside the firm, Sam is a director of the BC Feed the Kids Foundation, a registered charity funding food initiatives at schools in the Fraser Valley.
