Gavin Millan specializes in assisting clients with commercial transactions, from initial advice on corporate structure and strategic planning through negotiations, financing and closing. He regularly advises clients on transactions in many areas, including acquisitions and divestitures of companies and assets; commercial real estate; succession planning and reorganizations for closely held businesses; finance for both borrowers and lenders; and acquisition and management of aircraft.

Gavin is a Director of the Zebra Child Protection Centre and is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
