Tamara Mitterer advises clients with respect to corporate and securities law matters. Her practice has a growing focus on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate reorganizations. Tamara has experience working with emerging and growth-stage companies, private and public companies and private equity funds.
Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Tamara summered and articled with the firm. Prior to law school, Tamara worked as an intensive care unit nurse in hospitals across Canada.
