Will has a general corporate commercial law practice with a particular focus on the traditional and renewable energy sectors.

Will has experience across a wide range of transactions, including project development and financing, domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings, and general commercial matters.

While in law school, Will served as an analyst with the Houston-based Cougar Venture Fund, a venture capital fund focused on investment in early-stage technology companies. He also served as Articles Editor with the Alberta Law Review.

Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Will summered and articled with the firm.
