Raghav Sodhi is an associate in the firm’s corporate group. His practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, debt and equity financings and corporate reorganizations. He also advises companies on matters relating to securities regulation, corporate governance and continuous disclosure obligations under Canadian securities laws.
Raghav advises public and private companies, private equity firms and exempt market dealers across various industries, including infrastructure, energy, industrial services and technology. He has experience supporting clients through complex transactions and navigating the legal and regulatory considerations involved in high-value deals.
