Haley Zerr has an employment practice with a focus on management-side labour and employment matters. She provides valuable advice to clients on a broad range of workplace issues, including employment standards, occupational health and safety, workers' compensation, wrongful dismissals, workplace discrimination and harassment concerns, human rights, accommodation and labour grievances.
Haley regularly assists with employment agreements, terminations and workplace policies as well as Ministry of Labour and Human Rights Tribunal complaints, litigation disputes and labour and employment-related aspects of corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Haley summered and articled with the firm. Haley is a member of the Advocates' Society and volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario's Free Legal Advice Hotline.
