Bennett Jones partner Alison FitzGerald has been elected by acclamation as the incoming Vice-Chair of the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee. She will serve in this role for a two-year term beginning October 10, 2024. At the end of her term, will then serve as Chair for a further two years. Alison is long-standing member of the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee.
Alison's practice at Bennett Jones focuses on international arbitration and international trade and investment. She is an experienced senior counsel in complex international commercial and investor-state arbitrations across a range of industry sectors. She brings unique insight to her counsel practice through years of experience working with some of the world's preeminent arbitrators.
