Nicole Yap was awarded a Certificate from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario with full honours in 2003. She began her career as a real estate law clerk working on a high volume residential mortgage loan portfolio, her career soon expanded into corporate and commercial real estate transactions. Nicole has successfully handled all aspects of various types of residential, commercial and corporate transactions. She supports the Bennett Jones real estate department in the handling of purchase and sale, development and financing transactions.
