Emma has a broad commercial litigation practice, primarily representing clients in the defence of complex commercial disputes. She has acted for local and international clients with experience across real estate, privacy, retail, class action and securities matters.
Emma has assisted on cases before all levels of court in British Columbia as well as the Federal Court of Appeal.
