Katherine excels in delivering tailored legal services in private client matters, including wills, powers of attorney, personal directives and trusts, while emphasizing strategic tax-driven planning.

Katherine's breadth of experience in various practice areas—including estate planning, corporate finance, real estate law, and family and civil matters—allows her to craft tailor-made solutions that address both the immediate and long-term needs of her clients.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Katherine practised at another national firm where her experience extended to sophisticated estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and participation in significant corporate acquisitions. She holds a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from York University, adding to her holistic understanding of the legal needs of her clients and the best solutions for their unique situations.

Katherine is an associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners – Canada. Her membership allows her to remain informed of the latest tax, planning, administration and policy developments in the trusts and estates industry.

Katherine's commitment extends beyond just achieving legal objectives; she focuses on understanding her clients' broader business and personal goals.
