Pavan has worked on client matters across a variety of industries, including mining, finance, automotive, technology, and consumer products. In addition to assisting with matters before all levels of court in Ontario, he has also helped clients respond to inquiries and regulatory investigations initiated by securities regulators.
Pavan’s experience includes successfully defending an international automotive company in arbitration and Small Claims Court.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Pavan summered and articled with the firm. Pavan is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the American Bar Association and serves as a registered notary public.
