With a focus on employment, class action and commercial disputes, Adam provides proactive, detail-oriented counsel to clients facing multifaceted legal issues, ensuring their interests are championed with precision and purpose.

Adam acts for corporations, employers and individuals navigating complex and often high-stakes matters—including wrongful dismissal claims, workplace discrimination, large-scale consumer class actions and intricate commercial disputes. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Land Tribunal, and his litigation experience spans every stage of the process—from early case assessment and strategy to discovery, trial and resolution. Adam’s sharp analytical skills and tactical approach allow him to break down complicated legal problems and develop clear, strategic paths forward.

Recognized by clients and colleagues alike for his dedication, resilience and dynamic advocacy, Adam is unwavering in his commitment to delivering results. He takes pride in providing tailored, calculated representation, guiding clients through each challenge with clarity and care. Adam’s ongoing pursuit of professional development underscores his goal to be a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who consistently adds value and drives meaningful outcomes.

Adam is actively engaged in the legal community and committed to staying at the forefront of developments in advocacy and dispute resolution. He is a member of the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Young Canadian Arbitration Practitioners and the Practising Law Institute. While articling, Adam was seconded to a large international corporation. During his time at law school, Adam was awarded the Rita Marguerite Houle and Nelligan O'Brien Payne Trial Advocacy Prizes, as well as the Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Prize in Business Organizations. Additionally, he and his team received an award for their written advocacy in the 2021 Walker Health Law Moot.
